Apartment and villa cleaning for your household
We plan the visit around the apartment or villa size, room and bathroom count, furniture and surface condition. Tell us which rooms need extra attention and which furnishings you want cleaned so the scope and any add-ons are agreed before work begins. A newly finished property needs a different plan from an occupied home.
What’s Included?
What does home cleaning include?
Rooms and surfaces are agreed before the visit. Carpet, upholstery and mattress cleaning are add-ons assessed by item count and condition; they are not assumed to be included in every home cleaning visit.
Kitchens & Bathrooms
Cleaning exterior surfaces and areas with grease or buildup using material-appropriate products. Inside cupboards or appliances requires an agreed scope and preparation; it is not automatically included.
Carpets, Rugs & Mattresses
Request carpet and rug cleaning, sofa and upholstery cleaning, or mattress cleaning as assessed add-ons. Send the item count and fabric details so we can review the work.
Deep or Recurring Cleaning
Deep cleaning addresses a broader cleaning need, while recurring visits help maintain an occupied home. For a newly finished unit, review post-construction cleaning before choosing your service.
